Harvest Festival 19.9.2024

The Rota Kids from Dounby School are planning a 'Community Harvest' where they plan to make up hamper boxes and distribute the hampers to the elderly in the area and to their nominated person. They will deliver these after their school harvest assembly. 

They are looking for some help with donations. If you can help with any of these items then they would be most grateful.

They are looking for:

any dried goods- pasta, tinned fruit, soups, biscuits, cereals, custard etc - anything with a good shelf life.

They are also looking for donations of puzzle books, notebooks magazines etc to put in the hampers too 

Also Hamper baskets/boxes or shoe boxes.

A big ask but If you can help with anything(even one item) the kids would be most delighted. Please just let us know if you can help, we can come collect or the kids have a donations basket in the foyer of the school where you can drop donations off during school hours.

Last day for donations will be Monday 7th October so the kids can make the hampers up to have on display at their school assembly.
