Today our staff got creative and came up with their lived values at Dounby School. We cannot wait to see how their ideas become part of our shared lived ethos. They also completed OIC's annual Child Protection Update and learned about containment, a supportive strategy to help anyone who may be feeling overwhelmed. Busy day all round! Looking forward to welcoming everyone back to school tomorrow.
