The Scottish Rugby Union will be bringing the Calcutta Cup to Orkney on the 1 July and the following timetable has been produced by Orkney Rugby Football Club, with the Cup visiting:
Burray at the Sands Hotel and football pitch
09:30 till 10:30
Orkney Rugby Football Club Kirkwall
11:00 till 12:00
Dounby school playing fields
14:00 till 14:45
Stromness Market Green
15:15 till 16:00
This is an exciting opportunity for everyone involved
in rugby and sport in general to see one of the oldest trophies in rugby, it
was first played for in 1879!
