You will get the link below from your child(ren)'s class teacher, but it is posted here just in case you would like to get in an early response! It will take 5 minutes to complete - honestly! Your child(ren) will be completing their own version in school too, as will all our staff. We will be using the information we gather in to continue to improve our planning, assessment and reporting information that comes home.
