We are now entering the final phase of hopefully getting our new phone system installed as part of OIC's digital migration process. On Wednesday 30th Apriol 2025, there will be a temporary loss of phone service which can range from 5 minutes to 2 hours in duration. We do not have a timeframe for this loss of phone service and completely understand the inconvenience this could cause, so we appreciate your patience and understanding whilst this happens.
